About Erasable Med Spa

Loretta Nguyen Zanetti, a nurse practitioner and Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, founded Erasable in 2014 to help people embrace their future. While working in medical recruiting, Loretta witnessed the limitations tattoos placed on aspiring service members. She began studying laser tattoo removal and opened Erasable Ink.

Our purpose expanded over time. We realized we were not only helping people erase tattoos—we were helping them reconnect with who they wanted to become. Erasable Ink became Erasable Inc., and later, simply Erasable.

At the same time, we grew from a single-focus studio into a comprehensive, full-service med spa with advanced treatments for skin, body, and overall confidence.

As industry leaders Andrew Walter, MD, Nadia Pile, MD, and Kristen Capo, APRN, joined our team, Erasable gained the expertise and momentum to keep growing. Our new med spa in Wesley Chapel features the same clinical insight and client-centered care as our original Tampa location.

That history still matters to us. Across our practice, our team has performed more than 3,000 successful removals using advanced laser technology, including the Cutera Enlighten III. Now, our new med spa in Wesley Chapel carries that mission forward, helping patients move forward and embrace what’s next.

Why Would I Remove My Tattoo?

Removing a tattoo is a personal decision, and there is no wrong reason to want a fresh start. At Erasable, we help clients remove their ink for many reasons, including:

  • Memories: When a name or symbol loses its sentimental value or brings up unwanted memories, it may be time to clear the slate.
  • Dislikes: Clients may outgrow the mindset, hobby, or interest that inspired them to get a particular tattoo.
  • Placement: Some clients dislike their tattoo’s placement or feel it compromises the design of their other body art.
  • Visibility: Faded or blurred ink can obscure the original design and prompt the desire for a fresh start.
  • Cosmetic changes: Some cosmetic ink can oxidize, creating a color that no longer matches the intended result.
  • Profession: Some occupations, such as the military, prohibit tattoos in highly visible areas, including the hands, neck, and face.
