Loretta Zanetti, APRN

Loretta Nguyen Zanetti was born the youngest of ten children. Her parents immigrated to the United States from Saigon following the Vietnam War when her mother was 7 months pregnant. Loretta was born in a refugee camp in Ft. Walton Beach, FL making her the first US citizen in the family.
She joined the US Army 21 years old as a surgical technician. She graduated from Columbus State University in Georgia with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing. In 2013, she graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in California with a Master’s of Science in Nursing.
Loretta has served in the US Army for over 18 years as a military officer. She currently holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
In 2014, Loretta founded Erasable Inc. Med Spa. What started off as just one room with one laser has over the years grown to a 5200 square foot state-of-the-art aesthetic facility with dozens of lasers and a reputation for excellence. To date, she has performed thousands of laser treatments and injectable aesthetic procedures.
Loretta travels across the country as a international trainer and speaker. She serves in the prestigious role of Galderma® GAIN trainer as well as a Sciton® Luminary. She has been a guest speaker at AMSPA’s Medical Spa Show in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024. As a Cutera Key Opinion Leader, Loretta spoke at the Cutera University Clinical Forum in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. Loretta also teaches as faculty for Aesthetic Advancement Institute and instructs courses on Fundamentals, Advanced and Masters Level Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler Skills.
