How We Became a Tampa Bay Destination

Loretta Nguyen Zanetti, a nurse practitioner and Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, founded Erasable in 2014 after seeing how tattoos could limit opportunities for aspiring service members. What started as Erasable Ink was rooted in a simple belief: people deserve the chance to move forward.

Over time, we realized tattoo removal was only part of the story. Erasable Ink became simply Erasable as our team expanded into advanced treatments for whole-body aesthetic care.

With Andrew Walter, MD, Nadia Pile, MD, and Kristen Capo, APRN, joining the practice, Erasable gained the leadership and momentum to keep growing. Today, we’re a full-service med spa in Tampa Bay built around medical expertise and personal relationships.

What We Consider Before Treatment

Laser tattoo removal is not one-size-fits-all. During your consultation, our team evaluates your tattoo, reviews your health history, and may use the Kirby-Desai scale to assess ink color, layering, scarring, and skin type.

From there, we determine whether you fit laser tattoo removal and build a plan around your skin, tattoo, and goals. When appropriate, we use advanced laser technology, like the Cutera Enlighten III, and we may recommend skincare products to help your skin process tattoo pigment and support maximum ink clearance.
