You've hit a ceiling you can't see from inside your own practice.

The Operator's Audit
By Owners, For Owners

Schedule Your Call

The Operator’s Audit is one day on-site with a working med spa owner, followed by a roadmap you can actually run. Not a coach. An operator who’s made the payroll calls, fixed the pricing mistakes, and broken through the same plateaus you’re staring at.

The Methodology

I'm One of You

I own and operate Erasable Med Spa in Tampa. I’m not a consultant who read about this industry — I run a practice in it. I’ve signed the front and back of the paychecks, lived through the slow months, raised prices and held my breath, and figured out which levers actually move revenue and which ones just feel productive.

The Operator’s Audit is the audit I wish someone had run on me years ago. Now I run it for a small number of owners who are ready for straight answers from someone who’s actually in the chair.

Sound Familiar?

If you own an established practice, you’ve probably said at least one of these out loud:

  • “Revenue’s been flat for years and I genuinely can’t tell you why.”
  • “Every month feels like starting the clock over from scratch.”
  • “Half our decisions are reactive or emotional. We don’t really have a plan — we just respond to whatever’s on fire.”
  • “Costs keep climbing and I don’t know which lever to pull first.”
  • “We’re stable, but stable isn’t the same as growing.”

None of that means you’re running a bad practice. It usually means you’re too close to it to see the pattern. That’s the entire point of bringing in another operator.

So What is the Audit?

Three steps. No mystery, no 200-slide deck.

1. One day on-site. I spend a full operating day in your practice — front desk, treatment rooms, pricing, team, the works. I watch how it actually runs, the way an owner sees it, not the way a spreadsheet describes it.

2. The numbers. I run your real data — revenue by service, utilization, staffing cost, retention, no-shows — through the same operator tools I use in my own practice. We find where the money is leaking and where it’s hiding.

3. The roadmap. You get a written audit and a prioritized plan: what to fix this month, what to build this quarter, and the bigger strategic moves that break the ceiling. Concrete steps with owners and deadlines, not vibes.

What You Walk Away With

This isn’t a conversation you’ll half-remember next week. You keep everything:

  • A written operational audit across operations, clinical workflow, pricing, marketing, staffing, and compliance — with every finding rated by impact and effort.
  • A prioritized roadmap structured as quick wins (0–30 days), foundational fixes (30–90 days), and strategic moves (90–180 days).
  • Quantified revenue projections — conservative, base, and aggressive cases for the two or three moves most likely to move your number.
  • A KPI dashboard so you know your practice’s vital signs every Monday morning and stop rolling the dice.
  • A membership model you can adapt and launch — the recurring-revenue engine most practices are missing.
  • An employee handbook template to bring structure and role clarity to your team.

Who is This For?

This is for you if:

  • You’re an established owner-operator doing $1M+ and you’ve plateaued.
  • You want honest answers more than you want to feel good.
  • You’re ready to run the plan yourself once you have it.

This is not for you if:

  • You’re just opening and still finding your footing.
  • You’re looking for a cheerleader or a motivational speaker.
  • You want someone to do the work for you instead of handing you the playbook.

I take a limited number of these per quarter, and they work best when the fit is right. If we’re not a match, I’ll tell you on the call.

Why an Operator, Not a Coach

Most “med spa consultants” have never run one. They sell you frameworks built from the outside looking in.

I built the tools I’ll use on your practice for my own — including work developed for the Business Preceptorship and a KPI framework featured in the Sciton UpX Leadership Conferences. When I tell you a pricing structure or a staffing model works, it’s because I’ve run it, not because I read it in a webinar.

That’s the difference. You’re not paying for theory. You’re paying for a day with someone who’s solved the exact problem you’re sitting in.

The Offer

One day on-site. A written audit and roadmap delivered within 7 business days. One walkthrough call to go through it together. A fixed fee, agreed up front.

Then the part most consultants can’t say: no retainer, no monthly upsell, no strings. You get the roadmap, you own it, and you run it. My value is being a current operator who hands you the playbook and gets out of your way.

FAQ

Will my staff know they’re being observed? Your team will know a fellow practice owner is visiting to look at operations — framed as something you’re doing for the practice, not an inspection of them. I’m deliberately low-profile during the day so I see how things really run, not a performance.

What do you need from me? Access to your real numbers — P&L, scheduling, revenue by service — and one honest conversation about what’s actually going on. The more open you are, the more useful the audit.

What if I’m not in Florida? Most engagements involve travel, and the fee includes it. Distance isn’t a problem — we’ll sort logistics on the fit call.

How is this different from a business coach? A coach asks you questions and hands you a workbook. I run a practice exactly like yours, I look at your actual operation for a full day, and I hand you a specific roadmap built from things I’ve already done myself. Peer, not professor.

What happens after I get the roadmap? You run it. That’s the design. I’m not here to create a dependency — I’m here to give you a clear plan and let you get to work. If you want to talk again down the road, you know where to find me.
