The Art of Full Facial Balancing with Dr. George Baxter Holder
Join Dr. George Baxter-Holder and the Erasable Med Spa team as we spend the day discussing full facial balancing using dermal fillers.
This training course is for the advanced aesthetic provider and is ideal for someone with 1+ years of injecting experience. This an interactive course where Dr. George will discuss how he assesses the face in its entirety to achieve a balanced and natural result. He will discuss consultation, anatomy, assessment, and treatment planning and then demonstrate his injection techniques on a model. He will then guide four injectors through a full facial balancing treatment using HA fillers as the class observes.
Hands-on providers should have at least 2 years of experience and be comfortable injecting in front of an audience. They should ensure that they are licensed and have malpractice coverage to perform injections in the state of Florida. You will be asked to provide your credentials and proof of injecting experience. All injectable products will be provided for the hands-on participants.

About Dr. George Baxter-Holder
George Baxter-Holder, DNP, MBA, ARNP, CANS, ISPAN-F, has first-hand knowledge of how beauty-obsessed today’s Hollywood actors are. As a child actor in Hollywood, he played the role of a genetically perfect boy on Star Trek: The Next Generation. His “bad boy” character made all around him start to age prematurely. In real life, Baxter-Holder plays the “good guy” role. Trained as a board-certified aesthetic nurse practitioner at University of Washington and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Duke University, he helps patients reverse the signs of aging at SkinSpirit Medical Spa in Austin, Texas. He currently is the VP of Talent Development at Skinspirit. Additionally, he is the most utilized trainer with Galderma Aesthetics and is part of the faculty for the Academy for Injection Anatomy.

Should I bring lunch for the day?
Breakfast, lunch, and coffee will be provided

What should I wear?
Dress in layers as the classroom can get cold. Injectors may feel more comfortable in scrubs and sneakers.

Can I bring my spouse, friend, co-worker?
This is an exclusive training event. Please do not bring extra guests as we will not be able to accommodate them.

Can I get a refund if I don't attend?
Because this event will sell out quickly and Dr. George is traveling from out of state, refunds will not be honored. In the event of an emergency, transfers to a qualified medical provider will be considered on a case by case basis.

What if I am a new injector?
This course is considered a master course designed for the seasoned injector. There will be a lot of information that will be covered in a short period of time. We recommend at least 3 years of consistent injecting experience to get the most out of the course.

What if I want to register more than one person?
Each person will need a separate registration. Just log out and start a new registration once the first is complete ☺️

Why can't I just pay now for the hands-on spot and if selected when do I find out?
The hosts want to ensure the best training experience for everyone by making sure the injector that Dr. George is guiding during hands-on is well versed in multiple injection techniques and comfortable in front of an audience. This will allow the day to run smoothly and allow us to get as much educational content in without minor distractions. We will select the injector as soon as the class is full and announce on the website.
