Can tickets be transferred or refunded?
No. Because Dr. Shino Bay is in very high demand and tickets are sold months in advanced, we cannot offer refunds. Transfers will be considered on a case by case basis.

Can anyone participate in the hands-on portion?
It is the responsibility of those purchasing hands-on tickets to ensure that they are properly licensed and insured to perform injections safely and within state regulations. If you do not meet these requirements, observer tickets will allow for the full experience minus injecting live models.

Do I need to bring my own products?
All injectable products will be provided for hands on students. This includes HA's and bioregenerative products.
