About Erasable Med Spa
Erasable Med Spa was founded in 2014 by Loretta Nguyen Zanetti, a nurse practitioner and Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army.
After working in a medical recruiting unit, Loretta witnessed firsthand the limitations that tattoos placed on aspiring service members. She began studying laser tattoo removal, and became impassioned about helping people regain opportunities. Thus, Erasable Med Spa was born.
In time, she brought on business partners Andrew Walter, MD, Nadia Pile, MD and Kristen Capo, APRN to assist in the growth and expansion of the practice. The addition of these key partners was the necessary catalyst that took the practice from a single focus to the comprehensive, full-service aesthetic med spa it is today. Erasable Med Spa offers the most expansive menu of lasers and aesthetic procedures in the Tampa Bay area. From Botox® and Dysport® to dermal fillers to every type of laser you can imagine, we have something for everyone. Our passion for aesthetics along with our love of science ensures our patients get the best that Tampa offers.
