TruSculpt Flex Treatments in Tampa

Sometimes, diet and workouts can only do so much for your body. If you’re looking for a way to tighten your muscles and gain strength outside of the gym, TruSculpt Flex may be ideal for you.

TruSculpt Flex uses electrical muscle stimulation to work your muscles and give you better results than you could achieve simply by working out. After a few sessions, you could see a major difference in your muscle definition and body contours.

At Erasable MedSpa we are eager to help you achieve your body sculpting goals with TruSculpt Flex.

What Is TruSculpt Flex?

TruSculpt Flex is an FDA-approved muscle-stimulating device that works to tone and tighten. It can be applied to different muscle groups, including those in the abdominal area, thighs, and buttocks.

This muscle sculpting treatment works for both men and women, and treatments are personalized depending on a patient’s physical shape, fitness level, and overall goals.

TruSculpt Flex has three treatment modes and can work on up to eight areas at the same time. In a matter of minutes, the machine works to strengthen muscles and give a firmer, tighter appearance.

How Does TruSculpt Flex Work?

Several handpieces are placed on the body where patients wish to receive treatment. These handpieces efficiently target both large and small muscle groups. They employ multidirectional stimulation with electrical pulses to generate muscle contractions.

During treatment, muscles experience the same “contract and release” motions they would during regular exercises, like squats and crunches, but with much more intensity. For example, during one TruSculpt Flex treatment, your muscles experience the equivalent of about 30,000 squats.

TruSculpt Flex has three different modes to help increase strength and tone muscles.

Prep Mode

Prep mode is the equivalent of warming up before a workout at the gym. This mode stretches the muscles and gets them used to the muscle contractions to come.

Tone Mode

Simply contracting muscles isn’t enough — holding the contraction until the muscle is exhausted helps build strength and stamina. Tone mode does exactly this.

Sculpt Mode

Sculpt mode complements tone mode. Aside from contracting and holding, sculpt mode causes a fast and sequential contraction deep within the muscles, working to increase muscle mass and tone.

The TruSculpt Flex Treatment

The first step in your TruSculpt Flex journey is consulting with us to determine your needs and body goals. We’ll ask questions, examine potential treatment areas, and go over what you could expect during and after treatment.

On the day of your appointment, you’ll go into one of our treatment rooms and sit or lie down comfortably. We’ll apply an adhesive gel over the treatment area to help the handpieces adhere better.

During the treatment, you’ll feel as though you’re going through an intense workout, but you won’t need to lift a finger. You can relax as the TruSculpt Flex machine works to strengthen and tighten.

Treatment time depends on how many areas you’re treating, but most sessions last about 45 minutes.

Trusculpt Flex Results

You don’t usually see a visible result after one or two workouts in the gym, and TruSculpt Flex is similar. Results from TruSculpt Flex treatments usually take some time, with patients often noticing a difference in muscle definition and body contours within four or so treatments.

TruSculpt Flex is unique in that your muscles continue to work even after your treatment. Following every TruSculpt Flex appointment, your body continues to work to burn fat around the muscles and tighten for several weeks. Final results are usually experienced 8 to 12 weeks after your final treatment.

TruSculpt Flex — Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some of the most commonly asked questions regarding TruSculpt Flex. Should you have further questions or concerns, we’re happy to discuss them during your appointment.

How Do I Know If TruSculpt Flex Is Right for Me?

During your one-on-one consultation, we’ll go over your medical history, concerns, and desired outcomes to best assess whether TruSculpt Flex is right for you.

TruSculpt Flex is great for patients who want to enhance their muscle definition and strength and prefer a non-invasive treatment. Additionally, patients who struggle with exercise, have a limited range of motion, or just wish to complement their existing workout routine often enjoy the advantages of this treatment.

How Many TruSculpt Flex Treatments Do I Need?

The exact amount of treatments a patient needs depends on several factors, including the areas to be treated and desired outcomes.

Generally, we recommend four to six treatments for the best results. TruSculpt Flex treatments must be spread out so that muscles can rest and recover.

We usually suggest two treatments a week, with a minimum of 48 hours between sessions. Additionally, we try not to schedule treatments more than seven days apart.

How Long Do Results of TruSculpt Flex Last?

The results of TruSculpt Flex treatments can be long-lasting. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including a good diet, could extend your results.

Once you’ve completed all sessions, we might recommend that you come in every two to three months for follow-up treatment. This helps preserve your muscle strength and definition.
