Lizvette Rivera
Lizvette Rivera is the Director of Operations at Erasable Med Spa & Aesthetic Institute in Tampa Bay. Originally from Puerto Rico, Liz relocated to Tampa in 2008 and has been working in the medical field since 2009 after graduating as a Medical Assistant. She later earned her Degree in Business Administration while simultaneously growing her career in aesthetics and operations.
Liz first joined Erasable Med Spa in 2019 as what was originally intended to be a summer job — but quickly became an essential part of the company’s growth and leadership. After years of dedication, leadership development, and operational excellence, she officially stepped into the Office Manager role in 2021 and now serves as Director of Operations, overseeing multiple locations, team development, patient experience, systems optimization, and daily operations.
What truly sets Liz apart is her people-first leadership style. Whether she is mentoring staff, improving systems, supporting providers, resolving patient concerns, or training future leaders, she leads with warmth, accountability, emotional intelligence, and a genuine desire to help others grow.
Outside of work, Liz enjoys spending time with her husband and children, exploring Florida, learning new things, and continuing her own personal and professional growth journey.
